With a degree in merchandising and business from Oregon State, Michelle couples her passion for design and service in real estate. As a born and raised local, Matt knows the different neighborhoods and vibes well as he's lived in every corner of town and has an affinity for trying new coffee shops. With a penchant for design and equity, Matt helps investors and makes sure our listings are marketed better than anywhere else.
In addition to helping clients, Matt has been dubbed as the team’s ‘tech department’ ensuring each listing is getting maximum market exposure with their own webpage, paid advertisements, and print marketing. Matt background in research also allows him to get creative for both buyers and sellers, always staying on step ahead of the competition.
When Matt’s not calculating cap rates or helping Michelle with the printer, you’ll find him bombing down Heather Canyon, biking to “The Village”, and hangin’ with his fam.

Allie fell in love with real estate after buying her 1910’ farmhouse dream home. Her and her husband poured their energy into designing and remodeling the interior, updating the old systems, and transforming the landscaping. She loved the experience and everything she learned is invaluable knowledge to clients when they are considering an old home or remodeling!
When Allie’s not working, you’ll find her super-momming it with her two kids, helping run the behind-the-scenes of her husband’s construction company, Dolph Construction, and if there’s the rare moment of downtime, enjoying a big bold red.
