Our team is structured so we can tour 7 days a week, completely flexible around your personal schedule.

HOW IT WORKS

Wish List: We'll first connect to review your home goals and requirements. We'll outline the elements of your dream home,  and review your top neighborhood choices. If you're unfamiliar with Portland's neighborhoods, we can arrange a private tour or you can jump in for my weekly "Tour Tuesday".

Pre-approval: If you’re not already pre-approved, we can connect you with our favorite local lenders. They’ll help guide you towards the best financing options, savings required, and a plan to buy with confidence. Our lender recommendation is specific to your needs to ensure you have the right support depending on your needs. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, seasoned investor, or utilizing a special program such as a physician’s loan, we’ll connect you with the right lender.

Search & Tour: Once you’re ready to shop, we create a personalized home search to send you new inventory as it comes to market and we also look for off-market opportunities. Our team is available to tour 7 days a week so we’re always available to tour as needed.

Management: After we've toured and you're ready to buy, our team manages your negotiations, paperwork, and tasks; keeping you organized and on track. We’ll supply referrals and book services necessary such as home inspections, financing, and contractors. 

Closing: When entering escrow,  you'll receive a detailed timeline and updates from us on the state of your transaction. Through effective and consistent communication, we work to make sure your closing is a clear and stress-free experience, allowing you to enjoy the homebuying process. 

Life-long Resource: After closing, I am always available as a continued resource to our homeowners. If you’re curious about your homes value, need an opinion about where money is best spent for return on investment, or contractor referrals, I have you covered!
