Project Management: Whether a repair arises during the inspection or you need a landscaper to spruce up your yard while you’re away, we manage and/or offer our trusted industry contacts to ensure your home is quickly and competitively cared for.

Close Communication: We have a dialed, real-time home tracker that allows our sellers to always be in the know, ranging from when marketing events are taking place, to what buyers are saying about their home. Once you’re under contract, you’ll receive weekly updates as to how the transaction is tracking so you’re always in the loop. Once we're ready to close, you'll receive a detailed overview of how to close out the transaction including coordinating your funds and signing with escrow, closing utilities, and wrapping up insurance.
